Look, dealing with money stress isn't easy. That's why we want you to feel confident when signing up for our learning programs. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how the process works.
We've designed these terms to be fair for everyone. Some situations qualify for full refunds, others for partial ones, and some don't qualify at all. It depends on timing and circumstances.

When You Can Get Your Money Back
- You cancel within 7 days of purchase and haven't accessed more than 15% of the course materials. This cooling-off period gives you time to decide if the program suits your needs.
- We cancel or postpone a scheduled program by more than 4 weeks without offering an acceptable alternative date. Sometimes things happen on our end too.
- There's a significant technical issue on our platform that prevents you from accessing content for more than 72 consecutive hours, and we can't resolve it quickly.
- The program content differs substantially from what was described at purchase. We describe our courses accurately, but if there's a genuine mismatch, we'll make it right.
- You experience unexpected financial hardship that prevents program completion. We'll need documentation, but we understand life throws curveballs.
Full Refunds
Issued when you cancel within the 7-day cooling-off period with minimal content access.
Also applies if we cancel a program or fail to deliver what was promised in our marketing materials.
Partial Refunds
Available if you've started the program but withdraw due to documented hardship before the halfway point.
Usually calculated as 50% of the remaining unused portion of your program fees.
Program Credits
Sometimes we'll offer credit toward future programs instead of cash refunds, especially if you're past the cooling-off period.
Credits are valid for 18 months and can be applied to any program.
Non-Refundable Situations
After you've completed more than 50% of program content, refunds generally aren't available.
Also if you violate our terms of service or misuse program materials.
Processing Timeline
Submit Your Request
Email support@qoralithen.com with your full name, enrolment number, and reason for requesting a refund. Include any relevant documentation that supports your request.
Assessment Period
Our team reviews your request against our policy criteria. We might contact you if we need additional information or clarification about your situation.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email explaining whether your refund was approved, partially approved, or declined. If declined, we'll explain why and discuss possible alternatives.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but most people see the funds within two weeks.

How you paid affects how quickly you'll get your refund. Here's what to expect for different payment types:
Credit Cards
5-10 business days back to your card. Depends on your bank's processing schedule.
Debit Cards
3-7 business days typically. Faster than credit cards in most cases.
Bank Transfer
We'll need your account details. Usually 3-5 business days once processed.
Payment Plans
Refunds offset remaining payments first, then any surplus comes back to you.
Important Things to Know
- Downloaded resources and materials can't be "returned" but continued use after refund is against our terms. We trust you'll do the right thing.
- If you paid in instalments, we'll stop future charges immediately but can only refund payments already received.
- Promotional discounts affect refund amounts. You'll get back what you actually paid, not the original full price.
- Refund requests must come from the person who made the purchase. We can't process third-party requests without proper authorization.
- Special circumstances like medical emergencies or family crises may be considered outside standard policy. Just talk to us about your situation.
- Transferring your enrolment to someone else might be an alternative worth considering instead of a refund.
